'Dumb Chicken'

The blue grouse are an amazing bird. Hard to believe that any exist given their total disregard for their lives. Very common, as with this one, to find the birds alongside a trail and to have them curiously watch within a 15 foot radius. Proof in my mind that the native americans had to be conservationist or grouse would have gone the way of the dodo bird.
